critique of what we currently have set up for highlights;

  • Theres no quick links / easily accessible useful information

  • used to showcase past events and promotional materials for the events. Although they are cool to look back on it does not offer any information on BH or offer any helpful information to visit the gym.

  • Not the best space for the event recaps to live. Would be nice to post on story during event then hard post to live on the grid. From what is up, I had to scroll through 10 + slides promoting the event before seeing the recap. All of these memories have a place on the instagram and should live online but I’ not sure the highlights are the best place for them.

  • What it comes down to: What information are we giving to the customer

  • One of the big issue I’ve seen behind the desk is people coming to climb in the TreeHouse when it is not open. We need to make the Hours as clear as possible on the instagram and website to minimize this issue.

Portfolio to sell people on climbing / the BoulderHouse culture.

Quality is there. We need balance.

We are missing out on a lot of aspects of BoulderHouse that we are not sharing.
